Beaut Brow Bar
Introduction
BeautBrowBar is a Minneapolis eyebrow studio specializing in microblading services. Owner and brow expert Martina runs this fantastic little studio in Uptown!
When Martina reached out to Lucid and Luxe, she had a template website and booking system already in place, but it wasn’t working to help her grow her business. She’d been looking for a new web company for a while, and we clicked the moment we had our first phone conversation.
The Problem and Goals
In our discovery phase, we discussed a couple of goals for the site. The first was to design a website that matched Martina’s personality and her business—we did that with a modern color scheme, fun fonts, and by showcasing a video showing off her space and expertise.
Martina’s old website with WIX had a booking system that didn’t work and made it impossible for clients to make a payment before the service. She needed a new booking system that was easy for clients to book appointments and for her to manage bookings from her phone.
The Solution and Result
Beaut Brow Bar’s website was only 8 pages, didn’t have complexity in features, and since we provided all the services, the project was completed quickly.
Beaut Brow Bar already had a logo and a simple color palette in mind. After Brand Discovery, we crafted a color palette and font concept that fit her sexy, smart, and contagious personality. In our content creation phase, we collected the information necessary for the website content and wrote copy that was strong in SEO so Beaut Brow Bar would show up on the Google Map pack. We also scheduled a Brand Photography session so we could show off her shop and all the fabulous work she does for her website and social media.
With the design and development of Beaut Brow Bar’s WordPress website, we needed to integrate a solid booking system. We researched and found one that fit her needs and made her business less stressful with a simple-to-use solution. The pages were designed to be cohesive with the branding style and wanted to showcase Martina’s training and experience with brows.
Within a couple of months of launching, we were able to bring BeautBrowBar’s website as a top search result for brow studios in the Twin Cities with our SEO services. As a result, Martina was able to book and manage client appointments with ease—and best of all, she saw enough business growth that she recently was able to relocate to a larger location in Minneapolis!
